For game issues, account questions, privacy requests or player reports, email support@ricoris.online.

If that address does not work for you, use seldrickd@gmail.com. Ricoris is operated by Seldrick De Leon, an individual developer based in the Philippines.

For a bug, include your Ricoris version, device model, what happened and the steps that led to it. A screenshot can help; hide personal information first. If an account is involved, include your nickname and friend code if known. Never send passwords, sign-in tokens or payment-card details.

To report a player or nickname, include the visible nickname, approximate match time and a short description. A screenshot may help identify the issue. Reports are received by email; the current playtest does not have an in-game report button. Do not confront the player or post their private information.

For account deletion, use the account deletion page. You can submit a request by email even if you no longer have Ricoris installed. An email request needs ownership verification before account data can be removed.

The current playtest has no paid items or subscriptions. See the privacy notice, playtest terms and community rules.

Meet the community

For finding players and sharing playtest feedback, join the Ricoris Discord (opens a new tab). Joining is optional. Send account details, deletion requests and player reports by email rather than posting them publicly.
